Services and service area

Clean Home Time provides residential cleaning in Bradenton, Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch and Palmetto, Florida. Services include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, and available add-ons. We clean residential homes only.

Pricing and payment

Prices are displayed during booking based on the home details and service choices you enter. Your card is saved securely when you book and charged after the clean is complete. Payment card processing is provided by Stripe.

Changing or cancelling an appointment

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a $50 fee. Contact us by call, text or email to make a change; online self-service cancellation or rescheduling is not available. Call or text (941) 842-0503 or email hello@cleanhometime.com.

Satisfaction guarantee

If you have an issue with your cleaning, let us know within 24 hours of the clean. We will re-clean the missed areas for free within 7 days.

Appointments and access

Our hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. Customers are responsible for arranging access to the home at the scheduled appointment and for providing safe working conditions for the cleaning team.

Reasonable limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Clean Home Time is not responsible for indirect or incidental losses arising from a service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.

Florida law

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
